helium Balloons and Bouquets

Unless requested, helium bouquets will consist of 11" latex balloons evenly staggered with a balloon-covered base as seen in the first gallery photo.  

When ordering, please provide  the following information: number of balloons, colors, total height and use (indoor or outdoor).
